Oh hello there. Why yes, this girl is GORGEOUS! I’m glad you agree
This ladies and gentleman is Caitlyn, one of the most beautiful girls I know. She is beautiful both inside and out. She is kind, sweet and loving and someone who is very special to me! Awesomely enough Caitlyn is also a budding photographer! She makes me very proud and I always look forward to the times we get to spend together! On this occasion she put up with me playing dress up with her and let me drag her around the farm! ! Enjoy the pictures and make sure to check out the slideshow HERE! (Caitlyn, I hope you already know how much I love you! Thanks again girl!)
Advanced Color Portrait-Alien Bee Demo
Last Thursday we were split into groups and asked to take the lights out and practice using them. Our group decided to use them with a different take on our usual class portraits. We got into the studio and decided that we really wanted to explore more unique lighting setups. It was fun to work together and pool our knowledge to get some pretty neat shots. (Char I wish I could have gotten one of you!) :(
Advanced Color Portrait- Assign. 3 – Couple
A few weekends ago I had the opportunity to shoot some portraits at a wedding reception. Omer and his beautiful bride Javeria were such a joy to photograph and I was so glad to have the opportunity to meet them and be a part of their big day! They were tired after their day of celebrations but were so patient with me, I only wish I could look so resilient after as long a day as they had! Enjoy and be sure to check out the Flickr slideshow!
Advanced Color Portrait-Assign 2-Beauty Light
AdvancedColorPortrait-Assignment 1-Hollywood Lighting
In my Advanced Portrait class we were instructed on the ways of going about a “Hollywood” shoot. Our inspiration comes from the amazing photographer George Hurrell who was one of Hollywoods greatest portrait photographers. I’ve always wanted to do a shoot like this and found the glamourous style a lot of fun to style and shoot. Thanks to my amazing friend Hannah who was my dress up doll for the day and Bekah my wonderful as always stylist I think this was a success! I love this era and was so excited to try and capture it’s essence! Please check out the rest of the images in this slideshow! Now on to this beautiful lady….
